Scope of Service — Phase 1

The Kalamitia Clinic Ltd currently operates as an assessment‑only service for children and adolescents.

What We Provide

We offer evidence‑based, NICE‑aligned assessments for children and young people, including:

  • ADHD assessments

  • Autism assessments

  • Generic mental health assessments

  • Diagnostic formulation

  • Written clinical reports

  • Recommendations for families, schools, and referrers

All assessments follow NICE guidance and include a clear clinical formulation, diagnostic opinion (where appropriate), and tailored recommendations. Reports may support:

  • Onward referrals

  • GP communication

  • School‑based planning

  • EHCP or SEN processes

What We Do Not Provide

During Phase 1, we do not provide:

  • Medication or prescribing

  • Crisis or emergency support

  • Physical health monitoring

  • Out‑of‑hours services

  • Long‑term therapy or treatment pathways

This ensures clarity about the limits of our current service and prevents inappropriate reliance on our clinic for urgent or ongoing care needs.

Future Development — Phase 2

Phase 2 (treatment pathway) will launch following CQC registration and approval. This will include therapeutic interventions and medication management delivered within a regulated framework. We will update this page as Phase 2 becomes available.
